JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will play a crucial part in designing and building automated production equipment tailored to meet our customers specific needs. As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you will bring your expertise to all stages of mechanical design while collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design & Drafting: Create detailed designs and concept for automated production equipment, ensuring they meet customer requirements and specifications.
2. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including Controls, Software, Purchasing, Fabrication, Applications, and Service, to provide expert guidance and ensure optimal system integration.
3. Technical & Cost Calculations: Perform technical calculations and cost assessments to determine the feasibility and efficiency of designs.
4. Documentation: Prepare technical drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM), and other essential documentation to support the production and assembly processes.
5. Final Stage Support: Assist the production team during the final fine-tuning stages of machine assembly to ensure the highest quality and performance standards.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

• Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in mechanical design, preferably in automation or robotics.
• Proficiency in CAD applications such as Autodesk Inventor , AutoCAD, SolidWorks or Creo.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical calculation tools, Geometric & Dimensional Tolerances, and forces.
• A deep passion for robotics and automation, with the ability to design tooling based on sketches or verbal concepts.
• Ability to work independently & be self-sufficient while managing multiple projects
