Responsibility
Develop feasible and competitive evaluation proposals based on the requirements of on-site departments.
Familiar with hardware selection for electric cylinders, servo motors, pneumatic components and other parts; provide quoted BOM lists in combination with DFM.
Capable of complete machine design for non-standard equipment and delivering full-set BOM; candidates with conveyor line design experience are preferred.
Support on-site commissioning and project handover, and provide problem-solving BOM from the design side.
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Major & Education
Major in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation; Bachelor's degree or above.
Core Skills & Knowledge
Solid theoretical foundation in manipulator / mechanical design, including theoretical mechanics, mechanics of materials, theory of machines and mechanisms, mechanical design, engineering materials, tolerance and fit, etc.
Proficient in at least one mainstream 3D CAD software (SolidWorks / ProE / Creo) for modeling and engineering drawing generation.
Familiar with basic principles and design constraints of common manufacturing processes such as machining and sheet metal fabrication.
Experience in non-standard automation is preferred.
