Senior Mechanical Engineer

Responsible for product design and development using 3D CAD software and other simulation tools.

Responsible for product assembly and testing and buyoff.

Execute mechanical piece part design, process and tooling verification.

Implement product and process improvement.

Perform proper documentation including DCN, SOP, user manual, piece part, pneumatics drawing, design drawing etc.

Undertake other duties and responsibilities, which may be assigned by the Company from time to time with on time full closure.

Development Engineer I:

Responsible for conversion kit design, jig design and new module design.

Responsible for evaluation and generating analysis reports.

Learning on machine operation and working principal.

Development Engineer II:

Coordinate design phases, transfer and project scheduling.

Responsible for new modules and new machine design with minimal guidance.

Responsible for evaluation and generates analysis reports with minimal guidance.

Master on machine operation and working principal.

Senior Development Engineer:

Coordinate design phases, transfer and project scheduling.

Responsible for new module and new machine design independently and review junior engineer's design.

Responsible for evaluation and generate analysis report independently and review junior engineer's report.

Master on machine operation and working principal.

Translate customer's requirement into design specification, evaluate design feasibility and provide technical expertise to exceed customer expectations.

Guide & coach development engineers and ensure knowledge sharing

Degree in Mechanical Engineering /Mechatronics with second upper class or above.

Strong in mechanical design, material selection and metal/plastic fabrication process.

Well versed in SolidWorks software.

Knowledge in equipment design, test integration, test socket & probe design, test process is an added advantage.

Good working relationship and positive work attitude, self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a team environment.
