Job Description

1) Strategic Campaign Ownership (Meta & Google)

  • Lead end-to-end campaign execution: audience targeting, keyword research, creative testing, and scaling across Meta and Google.
  • Maintain laser focus on KPIsCPA, CPL, ROASwhile managing budgets.
  • Set up and manage campaigns across various objectives:
  • Meta:Lead Ads, Conversions, Traffic, Video Views, Engagement, Messenger.
  • Google:Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Discovery, Remarketing.

2) Performance & Optimisation

  • Monitor, optimise, and report on multiple ad accounts daily.
  • Leverage advanced bidding strategies and budget allocation to maximise performance.
  • Perform rigorous QA checks on tracking setups (Pixels, GA4, GTM, UTMs), creatives, and audience structures.

3) Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Lead onboarding, run weekly performance calls, and present strategic recommendations in monthly/quarterly business reviews.

4) Leadership & Team Collaboration

  • Mentor junior media buyers and collaborate with copywriters, designers, and managers to refine creative and messaging.
  • Build and refine SOPs to ensure consistent, scalable campaign execution.
  • Communicate actionable insights across teams, like low CTR alerts or underperforming ad angles.

5) Reporting & Insights

  • Maintain detailed tracking sheets and dashboards.
  • Use rolling performance data (7/30-day views) to uncover trends, guide creative strategy, and inform scaling decisions.

Requirement

  • 34+ years of experience runningperformance-focused campaigns on Meta and Google.
  • Proven leadership and team mentorship experience.
  • Deep knowledge oftracking, attribution, GA4, GTM, and UTM best practices.
  • Experience managing direct-response funnels across TOFU and BOFU (e.g., e-commerce, appointments, webinars).
  • Confidence in client-facing roles: presentations, strategy discussions, and data storytelling.
  • Experience with static design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma).
  • Knowledge of direct-response copywriting.
  • Media buying on TikTok or other platforms.
  • Experience in education or parent-focused marketing.
