Job Description:
- Supervise electrical engineering, procurement,construction, installation, commissioning, repair and maintenance for Shopee Express facilities
- Responsible for all aspects concerning the design of electrical parts of the project such as HV/LV transformers, switchgear, substations, MCC, VFD, cabling, lighting, tracing, PLC etc.
- Review and critique proposed changes to engineering standards, policies or details.
- Review and evaluation of company and third party engineering documents, like MTO electrical, load list, cable list, electrical key one lines, MCC-IO-room set-up, electrical infrastructure documents etc.
- Support the tendering process including estimate budget, evaluate vendor quotations and specifications.
- Coordinate and supervise construction and commissioning activities of vendors and electrical construction sub-contractors.
- Expediting and inspection of electrical related equipment and field-installation services.
- Coordinate external engineering companies for electrical engineering activities liaison information between project/functional teams, vendors and the engineering companies.
- Supervise engineers and technicians in responsibility to accomplish their job in the most effective way.
- Manage and control projects including, but not limited to, engineering and operations on the basis of cost, timeline and quality.
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in similar industries, at least partly in an international setting
- Knowledge of local EIT and international legal regulations regarding electrical issues.
- Proficiency in engineering and design computer software to complete assigned work AutoCAD, EPLAN,Comprehensive understanding of process control systems, HMI/SCADA platforms
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, good analytical and problem solving capabilities, self-motivated, team player and strong communicator
- Agile, flexible, able to work under pressure and highly-dynamic environment.
