We're partnering with a fast-growing consumer business that is strengthening its e-commerce capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and commercial execution, shaping how products are curated, priced, and presented to drive traffic, conversion, and sell-through.
If you enjoy using data to make commercial decisions and care about how customers experience products online this role offers hands-on ownership and visibility across the e-commerce lifecycle.
What you'll be doing:
Drive Online Performance
Curate and manage online product assortments aligned with customer demand and channel needs
Use performance data to optimise product visibility, conversion, and sell-through
Monitor best and under-performing SKUs and recommend corrective actions
Commercial & Inventory Planning
Support e-commerce Open-To-Buy (OTB) planning, aligning purchase budgets with sales targets
Partner with merchandising and commercial teams to balance inventory levels and minimise over- or under-stock situations
Contribute to inventory strategies covering BAU, campaigns, ageing, and discontinued items
Campaigns, Pricing & Presentation
Support the planning and execution of online campaigns, seasonal launches, and promotions
Ensure pricing updates for seasonal and ageing products are timely and margin-aware
Assist in limited-time deals and flash promotions while maintaining profitability
Operational Coordination
Coordinate inbound and outbound timelines in line with stock arrivals and product launches
Track stock updates and flag delays early, supporting mitigation plans to reduce sales risk
Ensure product listings are launch-ready, including image and content availability
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with brand, commercial, merchandising, and inventory teams to align execution
Support website presentation and category structure to enhance the customer journey
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or higher (any discipline)
At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce, merchandising, or retail operations
Comfortable working with inventory, sales data, and performance metrics
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
A collaborative team player with clear communication skills
