Generate MOD Sales, Coordinate with Branch on portfolio upgrade needs, capture non- Schindler units as a portfolio gain, strategize Schindler as preferred modernization service partner.
Ensure adherence to SHAPE and SAP process.

To manage the transaction and progress of documentation in line with the commercial policy of the group
To actively promote the Schindler global brand
To ensure adherence to the Sales Excellence Process.
Tasks:
Business Development:
Prepare tender submission, attend tender negotiations and secure sales orders.
Provide support and services to existing and new clients, to maintain and/or to establish new business relationships and contacts, planning design influence and future sales.
Analyze/ study building information provided by building designer/ consultant to prepare a traffic analysis report.
Actively looking for commodity opportunity especially for medium and high scale project.
Actively follow up on tender/negotiation status with customers.
Customer management:
Maintain good relationship with the customer
Product knowledge:
Presentation of products to owners/ consultants/ architects
Occupational health and safety:
Drive and promote safe behavior in accordance with the Schindler OH&S Management System
Requirement:
Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronic
4 years working experience in lift industry or other Engineering company.
