Role Description The Senior Negotiator role is a full-time, hybrid position based in WP Kuala Lumpur, with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. The individual in this role will actively prospect for new property listings, manage a portfolio of buyers and sellers, and conduct property viewings and consultations. Daily responsibilities include negotiating offers, preparing and reviewing documentation, and coordinating with legal, banking, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions. The Senior Negotiator will also provide market insights, advise clients on property values and investment opportunities, and maintain strong relationships through responsive, ethical service. In addition, the role involves participating in training, leveraging PropNex's marketing tools and technology platforms, and contributing to team performance and agency growth.
Qualifications
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict resolution skills tailored to real estate transactions.
- Client relationship management skills, including active listening, empathy, and professional communication.
- Sales and marketing abilities, such as property marketing, lead generation, and basic digital marketing knowledge.
- Analytical and research skills for understanding market trends, property valuations, and investment potential.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple listings, appointments, and documentation efficiently.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Comfort with technology tools and platforms, including CRM systems, online listing portals, and communication apps.
- Relevant experience in real estate, sales, or customer-facing roles; prior experience as a negotiator is an advantage.
- Good command of English; proficiency in Malay and/or additional languages is beneficial for engaging diverse clients.
- Possession of, or willingness to obtain, relevant real estate certifications or licensing in Malaysia.
