Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Support Developer with over 6 years of professional experience in .NET application support and maintenance. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in troubleshooting, debugging, and maintaining .NET applications, along with experience in ALDON, SQL, and other support tools. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of business-critical applications for our clients while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide advanced support for .NET applications, resolving technical issues efficiently and effectively.

2. Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance .NET-based systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

3. Manage deployments and version control using ALDON.

4. Write, review, and optimize SQL queries to address database-related issues.

5. Monitor application health, resolve incidents, and ensure SLAs are met.

6. Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to identify root causes and implement fixes.

7. Document processes, technical specifications, and solutions for future reference.

8. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding and quality standards.

9. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior support team members.

10. Stay updated with the latest .NET frameworks, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills:

1. .NET Framework Expertise (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core): Strong knowledge of .NET application support, debugging, and maintenance.

2. ALDON: Experience with version control, deployment management, and change control processes using ALDON.

3. SQL: Proficiency in writing, analyzing, and optimizing complex SQL queries and stored procedures.

4. Application Support: Proven experience in supporting and maintaining large-scale, critical applications.

5. Incident Management Tools: Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow or Jira.

6. Troubleshooting: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve application issues.

7. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively.

8. Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
