The company offers a full range of modalities, including MEP, SSEP, EMG, EEG, and tEMG, ensuring best practices for various surgical procedures. Additionally, specialized monitoring solutions such as Cortical Mapping, Pelvic, and Urologic Monitoring are available upon request. World Intra-operative Neuromonitoring delivers tailored solutions and consumables to meet diverse clinical needs, advancing patient safety and surgical outcomes.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in WP, Kuala Lumpur, with flexibility for some remote work. The Senior Neurophysiology Clinical Specialist will oversee business development opportunities and training initiatives across the APAC region. The role includes delivering high-quality clinical training, supporting neurophysiology modalities, building strong relationships with clients, and conducting research and clinical education to drive business growth. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to build relationships and deliver training effectively
  • Background in medicine with experience in neurophysiology or related fields
  • Expertise in training and mentoring professionals
  • Proficiency in research and clinical research methodologies
  • Demonstrated project management abilities and cross-functional collaboration
  • Familiarity with IONM, EEG, EMG, and related monitoring modalities is an advantage
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment within the APAC region
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in medicine, neurophysiology, or a related field is strongly preferred
