Role Description

This part-time hybrid role as a Senior Nurse Manager is based in Kuala Lumpur, with flexibility to work remotely for specific tasks. The responsibilities include overseeing daily nursing operations, overseeing proper rostering , ensuring quality patient care, supervising nursing staff, and maintaining compliance with healthcare standards. The Senior Nurse Manager will also collaborate with medical officer and operations manager , advise on implementing patient care plans, and support the professional development of the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Nursing Management to lead and guide a team effectively, and ensure seamless healthcare operations.
• Strong background in Nursing practices and principles, including experience in Critical Care Medicine.
• Proven skills in Medicine and Patient Care to provide and oversee high-quality medical and emotional support to residents.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and train staff.
• Registration with a recognized Nursing Board and any relevant certifications required for practice.
• Previous experience in geriatric care or working with chronic illnesses is an advantage.
