Job Objectives:
Strategic-minded Senior Operation Manager / Operation Director to lead and manage contract manufacturing operations across multiple sites or large-scale facilities, oversee end-to-end production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality compliance, cost control, and seamless coordination with clients and partners. This role demands strong leadership, in-depth knowledge of contract manufacturing models (OEM/ODM).
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Lead the overall operations strategy and execution for contract manufacturing facilities.
• Manage multi-site production operations with a focus on productivity, efficiency, and scalability.
• Collaborate with clients and key stakeholders to meet manufacturing requirements, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Optimize production costs while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
• Oversee supply chain, procurement, and logistics to ensure timely delivery and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and quality certifications.
• Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional operations teams to achieve high performance.
• Implement and manage ERP systems and digital manufacturing tools to enhance visibility and control.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and operational reports for executive management.
Requirements:
•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields.
•Minimum 10–15 years of experiences in manufacturing operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
•Solid knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
•Strong background in Contract Manufacturing (OEM/ODM) and experience with large-scale or multi-site production.
•Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization (Black Belt certification is a plus).
•Experience in budgeting and cost control.
•Familiarity with ERP systems.
•Strong financial acumen in budgeting, cost control, and investment planning.
•Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
•Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
