Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Operations Executive based in Puchong. The Senior Operations Executive will oversee daily operational activities, including streamlining processes, managing resources, and ensuring optimal efficiency. Responsibilities include supervising operations teams, analyzing workflows, and implementing strategies for improvement. Collaboration with various departments to meet organizational goals is also a key component of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Operations and Operations Management
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate processes and identify improvements
- Effective Interpersonal and Communication Skills for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- Proven ability to manage resources and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
