Role Description The Senior Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Perak, Malaysia. This role is responsible for overseeing daily car park operations, including monitoring service quality, staff performance, and adherence to standard operating procedures. The Senior Operations Executive will coordinate staffing and scheduling, review operational reports, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and revenue protection. The role involves close collaboration with clients and internal teams to resolve operational issues, ensure customer satisfaction, and support the deployment of technology and equipment at parking facilities. The Senior Operations Executive will also assist with budgeting, reporting, and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee daily activities and optimize car park performance.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret operational data, identify trends, and drive data-informed decisions.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with clients, team members, and external partners.
• Experience in facility management, transportation, or parking operations is an advantage.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple sites or projects, and work hands-on in an operations environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on service quality and revenue protection.
• Ability to work on-site in Perak, Malaysia, including flexible hours as required by operational needs.
• A diploma or degree in Business, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
