Position Requirement
- Strong operations background with proven experience in manufacturing start up & ramping environments.
- Ability to lead cross functional teams, drive process discipline & enforce standard work across front end & backend operations.
- Solid understanding of line readiness, equipment & fixture validation, material flow & cost control.
- Capable of fast problem solving, data driven decision making & managing high customer visibility programs.
- Demonstrated leadership, clear communication & hands on execution mindset to ensure quality, delivery & yield targets are consistently achieved
- Degree holder in a relevant program, Master degree in an added advantage.
- More than 7 yrs of experience in managing operations
Position Responsibilities
- Lead end to end operations, ensuring smooth production, quality, delivery & cost performance
- Manage ramp & NPI from HLMV to HVM, ensuring successful scale-up
- Oversee line readiness, equipment validation, material flow & standard work compliance.
- Drive cross functional collaboration with Production, Quality, Supply Chain & Engineering
- Manage rework processes to minimize yield loss & ensure product quality
- Lead, motivate & develop the team across operators, technician, supervisor ans manager
- Oversee production planning to meet delivery & customer commitments
- Implement quality control measures to maintain product standards
- Drive Kaizen, process improvement & implement Poka-Yoke system for operation excellence
- Manage people performance, audit & safety compliance,
- Monitor key performance metrics, take corrective actions to meet business targets.
