Senior Operations Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

WE'RE HIRING: SENIOR OPERATIONS MANAGER

MYFutureJobs Negeri Sembilan is assisting an established manufacturing company in recruiting an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead its manufacturing, engineering, project delivery and site installation operations.

Location: Nilai, Negeri Sembilan

Salary: RM10,000–RM13,000 per month

Language Requirement: Mandarin proficiency is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing, production, engineering and site installation operations.

• Ensure production, quality, safety, cost and delivery targets are achieved.

• Oversee HOMAG machinery, CNC equipment and automated manufacturing systems.

• Review technical drawings and coordinate the design-to-production process.

• Manage CAD/CAM integration, CNC programming and manufacturing optimisation.

• Develop project schedules and oversee manpower, resources, budgets and delivery.

• Resolve manufacturing, fabrication and installation issues.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.

• Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Develop and manage engineering, production and project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial or Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant managerial experience in manufacturing, production, engineering or project management.

• Experience managing projects from design and fabrication through production and installation.

• Experience in furniture manufacturing, retail fit-out, shopfitting, metal fabrication or engineered manufacturing is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of CNC machinery, CAD/CAM, fabrication and manufacturing automation.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks and Autodesk Fusion 360.

• HOMAG machinery experience is highly advantageous.

• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Mandarin proficiency is mandatory for communicating with machinery suppliers and interpreting technical documentation from China.

• Willing to work in Nilai and travel to project sites when required.
