As part of its expanding Shared Services operations, the organization is strengthening its Order Management & Customer Service team supporting the Indonesia market

Job Description

• Manage customer orders throughout the full Order-to-Cash (OTC) process
• Process, maintain, and monitor customer orders within SAP systems
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure timely fulfilment
• Manage order amendments, cancellations, returns, and exception handling activities
• Act as the primary contact for customer enquiries relating to orders, deliveries, and service requests
• Resolve customer complaints and coordinate issue resolution across internal stakeholders
• Maintain accurate documentation, transactional records, and customer master data
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and operational standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and service excellence programs
• Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience throughout all customer interactions
  
  

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Global Order Management & Customer Service (Bahasa Indo) should have:

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or related disciplines
• 2-5 years of relevant experience for Senior Specialist level
• Experience in Customer Service, Order Management, OTC Operations, Sales Administration, or related business functions
• Hands-on SAP or ERP system experience, preferably SAP SD
• Experience supporting B2B customers and customer-facing operations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong Bahasa Indonesia reading, writing, and verbal communication abilities
• Fluent English communication skills
• Ability to multitask within a fast-paced and structured environment
