Job Description
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end collections process to ensure timely payments from clients.
- Handle cash application processes efficiently and accurately, ensuring proper allocation of incoming payments.
- Resolve disputes related to accounts receivable by liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all accounts receivable activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance with policies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for management review.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to optimize processes and achieve goals.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company standards in all financial activities.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior OTC (Collections, Cash Apps, Dispute) should have:
- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in collections, cash applications, and dispute resolution processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
