Devise and implement strategies to ensure that Takaful Malaysia remains the preferred Takaful provider in the banks that have been assigned to. The Sales Manager's primary responsibility is to create and to develop ongoing business relationships with the company's existing and new client. The Sales Manager is also responsible for both planning and marketing the company's product which includes working with the internal customers towards the achievement of the company's vision and our objective of ensuring customer satisfaction are met.
Job Description
- Responsible of budget given by Account (Banks)
- Responsible of budget given by Region
- Ensure that all enquiries and request either from the assigned Banks (both Head Office and Branches) or from internal Departments are attended and resolved within the agreed TAT
- To maintain report with Banks and HQ. Sales and Administration Centres and Branches level through PR Activities, Sales Drive Campaign and organize events
- To do Sales Presentations and to ensure that Bank staff are trained and continuously updated on Takaful Malaysia's bancatakaful products though Product Training and branch visitations.
Qualification / Requirement
- Degree in any discipline preferably in assurance
- At least 5 years Sales and Marketing experiences in bancatakful / bancassurance environment.
