Laurea People's Signature (LPS) is a strategy-led, AI-powered branding and MarTech consultancy that helps brands, organisations, and institutions grow through strategic positioning, digital transformation, and performance-driven marketing ecosystems.
We are looking for a Senior Partnership Executive to drive strategic collaborations, partnerships, and high-value relationships for LPS. This role is ideal for someone who is highly presentable, extremely well-spoken, well-connected, and comfortable dealing with senior decision makers, corporate leaders, founders, and government-linked entities.
You will represent LPS at a strategic and professional level and play a key role in expanding our business ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and grow strategic partnerships with brands, corporations, agencies, and institutions
Act as a front-facing representative of LPS in meetings, events, and negotiations
Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities, collaborations, and alliances
Leverage LinkedIn and professional networks to generate high-quality leads and strategic connections
Arrange and conduct high-level meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions
Maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and key stakeholders
Work closely with management and internal teams to convert partnerships into business opportunities
Represent LPS in events, forums, exhibitions, and networking sessions
Maintain a professional CRM / partnership pipeline and report progress to management
Requirements
Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (MUST)
Mandarin is a strong added advantage
Very presentable, professional, and confident in meetings and corporate environments
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Must have a strong LinkedIn presence and proven business network/connections
Minimum 35 years experience in partnerships, business development, sales, or strategic roles
Experience dealing with government agencies corporate clients, agencies, founders, or C-level stakeholders is highly preferred
Self-driven, mature, well-organised, and results-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, strategy-driven environment
