Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Partnerships Executive with strong commercial experience to lead strategic collaborations in the payment ecosystem. In this role, you will build and manage key partnerships with payment regulators, banks, merchants, fintechs, government agencies, and technology providers to help drive our business forward. You will also work closely with internal teams to develop, negotiate, and execute partnership strategies that enhance our market presence and deliver precise results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Partnership Development

Identify, assess, and onboard high-impact strategic partners across banking, fintech, e-commerce, and technology ecosystems.

Develop compelling business cases and partnership frameworks to drive sustainable revenue growth and market expansion.

Lead end-to-end partnership negotiations, structuring commercial and legal terms that align with company strategy and risk appetite.

Identify new partnership models and monetisation opportunities within the payments and digital commerce landscape.

2. Partner Relationship Management

Own and manage senior-level relationships with key partners, ensuring strong engagement and long-term collaboration.

Act as the primary liaison between partners and internal teams to drive alignment, execution, and partner satisfaction.

Lead joint business planning, performance reviews, and roadmap discussions to deliver mutual value and growth.

3. Revenue & Growth Delivery

Define, track, and deliver revenue targets generated through partnership channels.

Design and execute go-to-market strategies for joint initiatives and co-branded solutions.

Drive cross-selling of payment-related products and technology solutions, including loyalty programmes, gamification, mobile app development, and payment gateways.

Monitor partnership performance using data and insights, continuously optimising commercial outcomes and scalability.

4. Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Compliance teams to co-create market-ready solutions.

Provide structured partner and market feedback to influence product roadmap and solution enhancements.

Mentor and guide junior team members by sharing knowledge of the payments ecosystem, partnership best practices, and commercial strategy.

5. Market & Industry Leadership

Stay informed on payment industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments to identify new opportunities and risks.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner engagements to strengthen brand presence and business collaboration.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Minimum 3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably within payments, fintech, banking, or e-commerce.

Demonstrated success in structuring, negotiating, and managing complex, high-value partnerships.

Strong commercial and strategic mindset with the ability to convert partnerships into measurable revenue impact.

Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
