Senior Performance Marketing Manager, B2B SaaS

Our client, a high-growth B2B SaaS company, is looking to hire a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, to take ownership of marketing execution. You will be responsible for turning strategy into results on the ground, leading a local marketing team while driving customer acquisition and merchant growth. If you enjoy operating at the intersection of performance marketing, demand generation, and commercial execution in a fast-moving environment, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• You will lead the day-to-day execution of marketing across performance, content, social media, design, and video production while partnering closely with commercial teams to drive pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• You will own integrated campaigns across paid media, EDM, WhatsApp, events, and activations, while continuously optimising lead generation performance, conversion metrics, and campaign ROI.
• Comfortable moving between strategy and execution, from reviewing campaign performance to rolling up your sleeves and launching campaigns when needed.

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of experience in marketing, including leadership exposure and hands-on ownership of growth or demand generation initiatives.
• Strong foundations across Meta and Google paid campaigns, CRM and nurturing programmes, and a proven track record of delivering measurable commercial outcomes.
• Experience within FinTech, payments, internet platforms, or B2B SaaS environments will be highly valued.
• Someone who operates with urgency, takes ownership without waiting for instructions, and thrives in lean, ambitious teams where execution matters.
