As a Senior Paid Media Specialist - You will plan, executes, and optimizes digital ad campaigns (like Google, Meta, TikTok) to drive traffic, leads, and sales, focusing on performance metrics (ROI, CPA) through audience targeting, bidding, A/B testing, and data analysis, while collaborating with creative teams and staying updated on industry trends to meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement paid media plans across platforms (Search, Social, Programmatic).
- Optimize & improve campaigns via A/B testing, bid adjustments, and audience refinement for better ROI and efficiency.
- Allocate budgets effectively and manage spending to meet performance targets.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze data (Google Analytics, etc.), and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Work with content, creative, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and high-quality assets (copy, visuals).
- Create reports on campaign performance, results, and recommendations.
- Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging ad tech.
Requirements
- Experience inGoogle Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads), TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads and various DSP Channels
- Keyword research, audience segmentation, conversion tracking, bidding strategies, SEO basics.
- Analytical mindset, problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, communication, teamwork.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns. Experience in gaming or financial industry preferred.
