Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Physiotherapist based in Rawang, Selangor, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The Senior Physiotherapist will assess, plan, and administer therapeutic treatments to patients. The role includes developing personalized care plans, conducting patient evaluations, and providing guidance on physical rehabilitation techniques. The candidate will also collaborate with a team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and participate in training junior therapists as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in physical therapy assessment, diagnosis, and treatment techniques
- Skilled in patient care, rehabilitation planning, and therapeutic interventions
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and collaborate with healthcare professionals
- Proficiency in developing and implementing individualized physiotherapy programs
- Ability to mentor and provide guidance to junior therapists
- Relevant qualifications in Physiotherapy, such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy or a related field
- Licensure or certification in physiotherapy as per local regulations
- Experience in managing a physiotherapy team or facility is a plus
