Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Physiotherapist located in the UOA Business Park, Shah Alam. The Senior Physiotherapist will assess patients physical conditions, develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans, and provide manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, and education to aid recovery. Responsibilities also include evaluating patient progress, adapting treatment plans, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and mentoring junior team members to ensure a high level of patient care.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation Therapy, and Manual Therapy techniques.
• Skilled in designing and implementing individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans.
• Excellent communication, patient education, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess physical conditions and document patient progress effectively.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy or a related field.
• Relevant certification and licensing registered under MPA.
• Demonstrate good time management skills.
• Experience in mentoring or supervising junior staff is an advantage.
