POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Planner drives and manages all regional planning, including Open-to-Buy (OTB) and inventory performance. This role ensures the brand strategy is successfully implemented by strictly managing the purchase cycle and optimizing the flow of company assets and stock from procurement through to sale.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and manage the Top line OTB and inventory at brand level and assist the team meet merchandise targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Assist superior for overall inventory forecasting & management across regions.
  • Develop and maintain seasonal and annual sales/stock plans.
  • Create top line reviews of annual financial plans to ensure correct sales and receipt flow and other key components.
  • Review in-season inventory performance and recommend in-season adjustments to achieve target WOS5

  • Assist team in delivering sales and profit contribution of the brand.
  • Understand and support overall brand strategy.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum a Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or any other related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of merchandising experience in a comparable retail environment, preferably in a fast-moving brand and experience in Planning.

  • Fluent English and both in written and spoken. Knowledge of other language is added advantage.
