Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Presentation Specialist to support our investment, private wealth, and capital introduction activities. This role plays a key part in enhancing the visual impact and clarity of our client-facing and investor materials, including pitch decks, investment memos, teasers, and internal presentations. The ideal candidate brings both a strong design sensibility and a solid understanding of investment or financial content.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and refine investment pitch decks, capital introduction materials, and client presentations to align with Crewstone's brand and storytelling standards.
- Transform outlines, models, and narratives into polished PowerPoint or Google Slides, adhering to Crewstone's brand and Tier-1 investment banking / consulting aesthetics.
- Build clear, accurate charts, infographics, and data visualizations to support capital origination, fundraising, and investor engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the investment and private wealth teams to interpret complex content and shape visually compelling, persuasive presentations.
- Work with deals leads to refine storyline flow, proofread content, and enforce visual and formatting consistency across all client materials.
- Provide crunch-time or overnight support during live deal sprints or urgent pitch deadlines.
- Maintain and update master templates, icon libraries, brand assets, and formatting guides so teams can self-serve basic edits efficiently.
- Assist in designing materials for investor briefings, webinars, client onboarding decks, and internal strategy sessions.
- Stay current with best practices in investment storytelling, visual communication, and presentation design.
Requirements
- Minimum 36 years experience in a similar presentation or visual design role within an investment firm, PE/VC, Big 4, consulting, or financial institution.
- Proficient in Canva with a strong portfolio of presentation and visual design work.
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint, with additional proficiency in Adobe Illustrator / InDesign being an advantage.
- Solid understanding of investment-related content, such as deal structures, capital raising materials, investor presentations, and co-investment opportunities.
- Strong attention to detail, layout, and formatting.
- Able to handle confidential information discreetly and work well under tight deadlines.
- Proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently with internal stakeholders.
