About The Job

• Lead and oversee complex, heavy civil engineering and structural works for a major, high-profile rail transit project
• Manage critical construction stages from substructure to superstructure execution, specifically focusing on foundation/piling works, pier heads, cantilever construction, and slab decks
• Coordinate site operations for specialized bridge engineering and elevated infrastructure, ensuring precise compliance with design specifications and structural safety standards
• Supervise subcontractors, site engineers, and labor crews, troubleshooting ground-level technical issues to maintain top-tier construction quality and strict project schedules
  
  

About The Team

Skills And Experience Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/ Project Construction Management or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in large scale infreastructure projects, such as MRT and LRT projects
• Direct exposure to full-cycle bridge or elevated civil works, from piling and substructure execution all the way from pile cap to slab decks, buildig work, box girders and cantilever
• An Ambitious and driven characters with extensive construction, infrastructure knowledge and experience
• Practical site problem solver with strong contractor management skills and immediate or short notice period availability
• Willing to relocate to get involved in the entire cycle of project
