Senior / Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities

. Initiate and implementproductivity programs for the plant

. Process improvement throughcapability studies

. Preparation of processinstruction

. Fault finding and troubleshootingof process / tooling-related problems during production and testing

. Participates in company's overallquality and process goals

. Initiate and conduct the test ofnew or modified mould and determine optimum machine settings or optimal processcycle

. Achieve company's productivityimprovement objective in-house quality & process goals

. Oversees tooling for new products

. Participate and recommendsolutions to moulding problems related to moulds

. Initiate engineering change

. Implementation of mouldpreventive maintenance programs

. Track movement of moulds andcollaborate with Production Department

. Coordinate and keep track ofservice record of moulds

Qualifications & Experience

. Degree/ Diploma in Engineering- related Discipline,preferably in Polymer and Plastic Technology, Mechanical

. At least 3 years experience in Plastic injection Molding, Preferably in Medical and Automotive industries.
