Senior Process Engineer

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

What You'll Do

• Develop, optimize, and maintain manufacturing processes, work instructions, and BOMs for vacuum capacitor production.
• Drive process improvements to increase yield, reduce costs, enhance automation, and improve product quality.
• Perform process capability studies, SPC analysis, and establish robust quality control standards and procedures.
• Lead manufacturing issue resolution, implement corrective and preventive actions, and support quality activities from incoming inspection through shipping.
• Establish equipment maintenance and calibration processes while identifying and implementing new manufacturing technologies.
  
  

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with at least 4 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Strong knowledge of vacuum capacitor technology, materials science, and manufacturing processes, preferably within semiconductor equipment manufacturing.
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC), process capability analysis, and data-driven manufacturing improvements.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
• Experience with SAP, JIRA, and SolidWorks, along with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional manufacturing environment.
