Job Responsibilities
Process & Operations Management
- Lead and optimize flaker and beading operations, ensuring production efficiency and product quality.
- Boosted production efficiency through process adjustments and system improvements.
- Minimized operational costs by streamlining workflows and optimizing workforce usage.
- Conduct process data analysis and KPI monitoring to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor plant conditions to ensure operations consistently meet GMP standards and run efficiently.
Quality & Compliance
- Oversee resolution of product quality issues and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, and FSSC standards through documentation, audits, and process validation.
- Conduct routine checks including GMP inspections, SAP system assessments, and critical control point verification to maintain operational compliance.
- Serve as a Certified Internal Halal Auditor, supporting internal halal audits and maintaining necessary documentation for halal certification.
People Development & Training
- Design and deliver competency-based training programs tailored for new operators.
- Support workplace discipline by fostering a balanced environment of employee accountability and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum of a degree or master degree in chemical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in Oleochemical/ chemical/ refinery (Specifically Flaker/ Beader/packaging)
- Knowledge in packaging process
- Knowledge of SAP and other related MS office software.
- Willing and able to work in Pasir Gudang
