To be the catalyst on the ground process digitization, data safeguarding and harvesting as well as seamless flow of data exchanges, which enable effortless connectivity among industrial internet of things (IIOT) and protects the integrity of data.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Process Digitization
- On going effort to verify, scan and map AS IT processes thorough the entire end to end supply chain of the plant.
- Identify gap or opportunity to digitize the process to improve accuracy of data collection and to improve existing resources productivity.
- Work with other functional team to close the gap or turn the opportunity into real business benefit.
- Document the improved To Be process.
2. Data Protection & Integrity
- Identify the manual data entry point from process digitization activities.
- Propose best alternative to capture data, safeguard the data and harvest the data.
- Work with right stakeholder including vendor to install effective devises.
3. IIOT Connectivity
- Identify possible connectivity gap between new solutions with other existing floor's application i.e SCADA / KPCS, CBCS, CMMS, EQMS
- Work with stake holders and vendors to fix possible gaps and provide sustainable solution.
4. Improvement
- Carry out audit to ensure no attempt of data breach or data falsification.
- Be a lead to sell and help to execute the approved improvement project on the floor in order to meet both timeline and budget.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
A. Qualification
- Preferably degree in industrial engineer or mechatronic engineering.
- Other added qualification / experience in computer science will be added advantage.
- LEAN belt (min yellow) accreditation will be added advantage.
B. Experience
- Minimum 5 years of industrial experience.
- Hands on with practical tools for the works undertaking.
- Lean practitioner with proven records of delivering result.
- Skillful in process mapping.
