Job Description
. Responsible for developing process flows and process recipes to enable meeting the product requirements for performance, reliability and defect free manufacturing.
. Ensure methods and processes in place to test the devices and structures being developed
. Develops and implements methods and procedures for process control and inspection to ensure that the products are free of flaws and function as designed
. Analyzes reports and defective products to determine trends and recommend corrective actions
. Responsible to freeze developed processes in preparation for manufacturing
. Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements
. Work and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as needed

Introduction:
We are looking for candidates who are interested in technology development in advanced CMOS and eNVM process integration and device areas.
Responsibilities:
- To develop differentiated technology through various maturity milestones (from proof-of-concept to ready-for-production) by meeting the requirements for electrical, mechanical, thermal, reliability, and customer specifications and contribute to GLOBALFOUNDRIES corporate objective to be the leader in providing solutions to customers.
- To integrate new processes throughout development, qualification, and technology release/transfer phases with emphasis on integration related matters to meet the technology release requirements
- To work with different teams (process module, device, reliability, product engineering & fab operation) to develop and qualify new technologies/processes
- To integrate new processes, design test structures, create new process flow (STF, ECN, etc), define new ET and inline specs, during technology development phase.
- To characterize and qualify the integrated processes to meet the technology release requirements
- Interact and coordinate with Product Engineering and Device Engineering teams to resolve yield and quality issues of the new processes during development
- To perform data analysis and problem solving for ET, yield, process and Reliability issues.
Qualifications & Experiences:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or equivalent
- Min. 1-2 years experience in a Process Integration / Device Engineering.
- Knowledge of device physics and CMOS process integration.
