Senior Producer (HRDF Public Training Program)

We are seeking a full-time Senior Producer to lead the HRDF Public Training Program at Wealth Mastery Academy. Based in Kuala Lumpur, this on-site role will involve overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of training programs. Responsibilities include managing program logistics, liaising with trainers and attendees, ensuring the delivery of high-quality program content, maintaining compliance with HRDF (Human Resource Development Fund) requirements, and analyzing feedback for continuous improvement.

• Project Management and Organizational Skills: Experience in managing program logistics, schedules, and operational workflows for smooth event execution.
• HRDF Knowledge and Compliance: Understanding of HRDF policies, procedures, and requirements related to public training programs.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively liaise with trainers, attendees, and other stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Ability to identify challenges and develop effective solutions for program improvements.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with productivity tools and platforms used for planning, tracking, and coordinating events or programs.
• Team Collaboration: Proven experience in working with diverse teams and partners to achieve common goals.
• Relevant Experience and Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Management, or Education is preferred. Previous experience in program production or training coordination is an advantage.
