About the Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the design process, from strategy and research to execution and delivery. You will be a champion for user-centered design, leading the team in creating innovative and high-quality solutions that meet both user needs and business objectives.
What You'll Do
Provide strategic design direction and vision, ensuring alignment with product and business goals.
Manage design projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
Conduct user research initiatives to gather user insights and validate design decisions.
Create compelling design concepts and prototypes that address user needs.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Communicate design concepts and ideas clearly and persuasively, both verbally and visually.
Maintain a strong understanding of current design trends and best practices.
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Designer/Creative role.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering design projects.
Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud CC & Figma.
Video editing skills are a plus.
Excellent understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and design thinking.
Experience with user research methodologies a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
