- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 4 to 8 years of experience in Product Engineering, preferably within the semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management, product sustainment, manufacturing support, and test & measurement systems.
- Experience in design validation, product qualification, and continuous improvement of existing products.
- Proven ability to manage multiple sustaining products while achieving yield, quality, and reliability targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret test data, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams and prepare clear technical documentation.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with automated test systems and test development environments.
- Familiarity with NI/Emerson products, tools, platforms, and processes.
- Knowledge of quality, reliability, and statistical engineering methodologies.
- Experience in project management and leading cross-functional technical initiatives.
- Knowledge of RF theory, RF testing, debugging, and applications.
- Proficiency in Power BI, data analytics, and automation tools/programming.
- Experience mentoring or coaching junior engineers.
