Senior Product Manager Channels and Onboarding

Purpose of the Role

Manage the requirements, delivery, and ongoing improvement of DK Bank's corporate banking product suite across three core domains: customer onboarding portal, core banking system, and corporate internet banking portal.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product requirements and manage the end-to-end development of corporate banking-related products, covering technical discussions, solutioning, testing, and go-live
• Collaborate with product teams, business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors to launch new products and features across digital channels and banking platforms
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and engineering to deliver a consistent, high-quality user experience across onboarding and other banking channels
• Work closely with developers and technical teams to translate business requirements into system enhancements and ensure successful product implementation
• Manage Jira backlogs, support sprint planning and delivery ceremonies, and track progress across multiple parallel workstreams to ensure timely execution
• Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for channel innovation and product development

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree; background in business, finance, or technology preferred
• At least 3–6 years of product management experience in financial services, fintech, or banking
• Familiar with writing product requirements and SDLC tools such as Confluence and Jira
• Familiarity with AI tools will be preferred
• Collaborative team player who can work well with various stakeholders across engineering, compliance, design and external vendors
• Comfortable with managing multiple projects and workstreams concurrently
