Job Description

Job Overview:

You will be responsible for the development of the strategy and roadmap for Consumer Broadband product. Focusing on key segments, you are expected to develop new features or products based on market sizing, deep customer insight, competitive intelligence and industry trends. As the owner of the product's P&L, you are fully accountable for driving sustainable top-line revenue growth, maximizing gross margins, and ensuring long-term commercial viability in a hyper-competitive landscape.

Your work life:

Strategy & Roadmap Ownership

  • Define the Future: Own the product roadmap. Use market trends and competitor analysis to decide where we play and how we win.
  • Commercial Strategy: Build strong business cases for new features or segments. If we are going to invest money, you need to prove why it will yield a return.

P&L & Commercial Management

  • Own the Numbers: You are accountable for the product's financial health (Revenue, ARPU, Gross Margin).
  • Profitability Focus: proactively identify ways to reduce costs or increase pricing power without sacrificing customer satisfaction.

Customer Experience & Insights

  • Voice of the Customer: Go beyond basic data. Translate complex customer behaviours into actionable product improvements that reduce churn and increase loyalty.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics to steer the ship. You don't guess; you know your metrics inside out (sales mix, usage patterns, retention rates).

Go-to-Market Leadership

  • Lead the Launch: You will guide Marketing, Sales, and IT teams to ensure our value proposition is clear and our channels are ready to sell.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations with senior leadership. Present clear updates on performance, risks, and opportunities.

To be considered, you'll need:

  • Experience: 6+ years in Telecom, Tech, or Product Management, with a proven track record of managing a commercial product.
  • Commercial Mindset: You understand the balance between a great user experience and a profitable business model.
  • Analytical Power: You are comfortable digging into data to find the why behind the numbers.
  • Autonomy: You are a self-starter. You identify problems and fix them without waiting for permission.
  • Influence: You can lead cross-functional teams and convince stakeholders to follow your vision without needing direct authority.
