1. Responsibilities
- To prepare and develop marketing plan for the designated products, agencies and Principals in line with the Company as well as the Principal's objectives
- Work with Senior Management to create product & marketing plans
- Lead Product Managers and coordinate cross functional team.
- To identify the appropriate channels of distribution for each and every product line and draw up penetration strategies to gain their support
- To gather market intelligence and market observation details to further understand the market trending towards assigned brands
- To track and analyze brand performance and brand health through in-market sales. Recommend corrective actions to address areas of concerns
- Expand any market opportunities of assigned brand. i.e exhibition, e-commerce etc.
- To maintain good public relationship with Principals as well as ensuring excellent customer relationship and rapport in order to achieve and maintain a high level of the Company's image
2. Qualification / Experience Requirement
- Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent
- At least 5 years of working experience in FMCG industry
- Required languages : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese
- Good communication skills and positive personality.
- Good interpersonal skill, analytical and communication skills
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Power Point, etc
- Possess strong marketing knowledge and presentation skills
