Job Description

1. Responsibilities

  • To prepare and develop marketing plan for the designated products, agencies and Principals in line with the Company as well as the Principal's objectives
  • Work with Senior Management to create product & marketing plans
  • Lead Product Managers and coordinate cross functional team.
  • To identify the appropriate channels of distribution for each and every product line and draw up penetration strategies to gain their support
  • To gather market intelligence and market observation details to further understand the market trending towards assigned brands
  • To track and analyze brand performance and brand health through in-market sales. Recommend corrective actions to address areas of concerns
  • Expand any market opportunities of assigned brand. i.e exhibition, e-commerce etc.
  • To maintain good public relationship with Principals as well as ensuring excellent customer relationship and rapport in order to achieve and maintain a high level of the Company's image

2. Qualification / Experience Requirement

  • Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of working experience in FMCG industry
  • Required languages : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese
  • Good communication skills and positive personality.
  • Good interpersonal skill, analytical and communication skills
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Power Point, etc
  • Possess strong marketing knowledge and presentation skills
