Senior Product Manager

Senior Manager, Digital Product Management & AI

Location: Singapore

We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of customer-facing digital products across ecommerce and omnichannel platforms in Southeast Asia. You'll work closely with regional business, engineering, UX, data, and global teams to build data-driven, AI-enabled digital experiences that improve customer engagement, conversion, and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for regional digital commerce platforms.
• Drive customer experience improvements through analytics, experimentation, A/B testing, and AI-powered solutions.
• Lead the full product lifecycle, from discovery and prioritisation to launch and continuous optimisation.
• Build business cases, prioritise product investments, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, analytics, and external partners.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in ecommerce, digital commerce, or omnichannel platforms.
• Proven experience defining product strategy and delivering customer-facing digital products.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), SAP Hybris, commercetools, CMS, or PIM.
• Strong experience using analytics, experimentation, and A/B testing to optimise product performance.
• Exposure to AI-driven products, such as personalisation, recommendation engines, chatbots, automation, or predictive analytics.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills within regional or global organisations.
