Our client is a leading fintech unicorn specialised in the payment solutions space. They are looking for a Senior Product Manager with rich product exposure and passionate about fintech industry to join their growing team in KL, Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps
- Identify customer needs and develop customer-centric product solutions; collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to ensure the successful delivery of product features
- Research and develop a deep understanding of customer behaviour and product usage patterns to drive product decisions through quantitative and qualitative data
- Create and maintain product documentation, including user stories, product requirements, and specifications; define and monitor key performance metrics to measure product success and identify areas for improvement
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing maintenance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and above in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of product management experience; experience working in agile development environments and using product management tools such as JIRA, Miro, etc
- Good understanding of user experience and technical knowledge; strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for creating customer-centric products and delivering exceptional user experiences
- Experience in Payment/ SaaS/ B2B related products is a plus
