What You'll Do:
- Drive end-to-end product strategy and execution for key investment products, ensuring a seamless and trusted user experience across onboarding, funding, portfolio view, order placement, execution, and post-trade servicing.
- Develop deep understanding of the investment ecosystem, including user needs, market structure, asset classes, data dependencies, regulatory requirements, and integration with internal and external platforms.
- Identify product opportunities to improve user conversion, engagement, retention, and assets under management through data-driven insights and AI-enabled solutions.
- Write clear and detailed product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria, and work closely with Design, Engineering, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Business teams to deliver solutions.
- Lead product discovery and prioritization, balancing user value, business impact, technical feasibility, regulatory constraints, and operational efficiency.
- Use AI tools and AI-assisted workflows to improve product research, documentation, analysis, experimentation, reporting, and internal productivity.
- Define, build, and optimize AI-powered product features that enhance investment user experience, such as personalization, smart recommendations, portfolio insights, query assistance, content summarization, and workflow automation.
- Conduct product walkthroughs and alignment sessions with impacted stakeholders, ensuring business, technology, compliance, and risk considerations are addressed early.
- Manage product delivery timelines and dependencies with project stakeholders, ensuring execution is on track and issues are escalated promptly.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to define and execute the product roadmap, including new feature launches, enhancements, and experiment iterations.
- Define product metrics and monitor performance across user journey, operational efficiency, and business outcomes; use insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay current on investment trends, AI developments, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Data, or a related field.
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in financial services, wealth management, brokerage, investment platforms, or digital trading products.
- Strong understanding of investment products and investor journeys, such as onboarding, KYC, funding, market data, portfolio management, order execution, and reporting.
- Proven ability to translate complex business and regulatory requirements into clear product solutions.
- Strong analytical and data-oriented mindset, with experience using product metrics, dashboards, funnels, and experimentation to guide decisions.
- Strong written communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across business, technology, compliance, and leadership teams.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and AI product concepts, including prompt design, workflow automation, AI-assisted analysis, and responsible AI considerations.
- Experience working with compliance, risk, legal, or governance teams in regulated environments.
- Passion for building products that simplify complex financial experiences for users.
