Senior Production Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide maintenance support to the plant operations in order to achieve minimum downtime and maximum productions
• Design, develop, implement and control of all processes in the manufacture of a product
• Analyze and resolve problems related to machine / material which affecting to the product quality
• To support new product evaluation and phase in / out
• To direct and coordinate activities in improving process capabilities
• To define and execute product and package qualification plans and drive schedules to complete new product introduction
• Testing and commissioning new product line
• To be the technical resources for new product start up preparation and pilot-run
• Perform yield improvement, operation cost control and factory 5S - improving the order and cleanliness
• For the production day to day operation, job allocation, workforce motivation and disciplinary matters.
• Propose improvement to the work procedures as and when necessary
• Any other duties as and when assigned by Management from time to time.

Qualification:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferably minimum 4 years of working experience in the Production Operation / manufacturing processes.
• Possess leadership qualities with ability to plan, organize and motivate team members to achieve operating goals.
• Strong team player.
• Strong problem-solving skill and critical decision making.
