Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production machines and equipment according to SOPs
• Monitor machine operation during production and report abnormalities
• Conduct in-process checks (weight check, seal integrity, visual inspection)
• Follow GMP, HACCP, and Halal requirements during work
• Maintain cleanliness of production area and equipment
• Set up, adjust, and fine-tune production machines before and during runs
• Troubleshoot common machine issues
• Handle minor mechanical repairs and adjustments
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and basic lubrication
• Ensure machines operate within GMP and safety standards

Qualifications

• Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, or related field
• 2–3 years experience with production machinery
• Able to follow SOPs and work instructions accurately
• Hands-on mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Basic understanding of electrical panels and sensors
• Able to read basic machine manuals and wiring diagrams
• Familiar with GMP / food or supplement manufacturing is a strong plus
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
• Willing to work overtime when required
• Responsible, good problem-solving mindset and detail-oriented
• Able to read and write in simple English or Malay
