Develop and maintain optimized production workflows and shipment schedules to meet customer delivery timelines.
Create and manage production orders in SAP, ensuring data integrity and accountability across teams.
Monitor key master data and supply chain parameters in the production planning module for accurate forecasting.
Collaborate with quality control, warehouse, and shipping teams to ensure adherence to shipment dates and minimize delays.
Prepare and submit operational reports, including late operations, aging work orders, and work order confirmations.
Lead and mentor the planner team to ensure efficient execution of planning functions and continuous improvement.
Coordinate implementation of new processes, production tests, and documentation for smooth transitions.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance with cost, time, and quality expectations; prepare status reports and facilitate change requests.

Your Profile:
Degree in Management, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years experience in production planning or related roles within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of project management principles and statistical analysis tools (DOE, MSA, SPC, G R&R).
Skilled in multi-project management, time management, and conflict resolution; able to perform under minimal guidance.
Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills; proactive in problem-solving and decision-making.
Familiarity with SAP and other planning tools; ability to adapt to fast-paced and evolving operational requirements.
