Job description

A. Primary Job Functions

  • Ensure that customer requirements are met and delivery standards consistently meet or exceed expectations.
  • Serve as the key liaison between the customer and the internal team, facilitating effective communication and coordination.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative environment and driving performance excellence.

B. Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Lead and manage the quotation process for assigned accounts, ensuring timely follow-up and thorough outcome evaluation.
  • Oversee product start-up initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration across relevant departments.
  • Facilitate coordination among all pertinent departments to fulfil customer requirements and delivery commitments.
  • Conduct regular internal meetings to review and enhance quality and delivery performance, offering coaching and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive reports to monitor the progress of customer models effectively.
  • Engage in ongoing communication with customers to strengthen relationships, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Relay customer feedback to management to support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Support the development and expansion of existing and new accounts.
  • Manage, monitor, and evaluate projects in collaboration with team members, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Prepare and present quarterly cost update reports to the Head of Business Development (HOBD) and Marketing Leadership (ML), offering insights and updates on project status and customer satisfaction.

 

C. Qualifications

 

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification is preferred.
  • Experience: more than 5 years of experience in a marketing or program management role, with a proven track record of managing customer relationships, overseeing project start-ups, and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese language (preferred)

 

D. Skills

 

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to act as an effective liaison between customers and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach team members, driving performance improvement and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and report generation, with the ability to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven track record of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and effectively addressing and resolving issues.
  • Experience with quotation processes and product start-up coordination.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and familiarity with relevant marketing and project management software.
  • A positive mind-set with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
