Responsibilities & Requirements
Oversee construction / Site works
Liaising and coordinating with internal staffs and sub-contractors.
Attend site and project meeting with client and internal staffs.
Attend site program meeting sub-contractor, ensure that all works are in schedule and carried out in accordance to the approval drawings.
Ensuring that all assigned projects are following scheduled timelines.
Ensure all works and site staffs adhere to all safety regulations.
Handle handovers upon projects completions and follow up with clients thereafter.
At least 3-5 year(s) working experience in related field is required for this position.
Preferably specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
