Senior Project Engineer

Responsibility:

• Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing M&E works.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to the Project Manager.
• Review and assist in approving technical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure M&E works comply with specifications and quality standards.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues.
• Assist in testing and commissioning activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and codes of practice.
• Conduct or assist in toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
• Address safety concerns and ensure adherence to project safety protocols.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, claims, and submissions.
• Assist in the preparation of project schedules, cost estimates, and budgets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of site activities and resource allocation.
• Work closely with project team members to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members as required.
• Any job tasks or duties assigned by Superior or above.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in M&E project coordination or management.
• Familiarity with construction and engineering practices.
