Senior/ Project Engineer

Job Description &Requirements

• Able to interpret civil, structural drawings and details
• Lead, coordinate and mange civil & structure of the project
• To lead the C&S Team in planning and execution of day - to - day operations
• Ensure civil and structural requirements meet project submission and project schedule
• Be responsible for the planning and scheduling of time and resources for building construction projects
• Responsible for all on-site technical and engineering matters
• To ensure works carried out meet company's quality standards & contractual requirements
• To monitor project progress and schedule and track the progress and time required when there is a delay/disruption to project
• To develop detailed workplans and cost estimations of approved items to forecast cost and workforce requirements to allow efficient scheduling of works
• Execute overall scheduling and specific planning work
• Design, implement progress and schedule control systems for the project according to set requirements
• Experienced in performing construction planning, and to co-ordinate with the client, sub-contractors, consultants and Authorities on all project aspects
• To Assist Project Manager in monthly progress claims and monthly progress reports
• To ensure that all requirements by Clients, Consultants and relevant Authorities are adhered and established

1) Minimum 3 years of experience from Construction / Building / Engineeringindustry

2) Recognised Degree by PEB

3) With RTO qualification will be an added advantage
