Job Title: Senior Project Engineer (M&E) – Project Management Consultancy

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate M&E works from design stage to project completion.
- Review and monitor M&E design drawings, technical specifications, and shop drawings.
- Oversee M&E systems including ACMV, Electrical, ELV, Fire Protection, Plumbing & Sanitary.
- Monitor project timeline, cost, quality, and progress.
- Attend site and project meetings, prepare progress reports, and update clients on project status.
- Ensure all M&E works comply with local authority regulations and safety requirements.
- Witness Testing & Commissioning (T&C) and ensure proper project handover.
- Involved in cleanroom, data centre, and industrial facility projects.
- Work closely with M&E consultants during design stage and contractors during construction stage to ensure smooth project execution.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related.
- Minimum 5–8 years experience in M&E project coordination / project management.
- Experience in cleanroom, data centre, semiconductor, or industrial facility projects is required.
- Experience working in Project Management Consultancy (PMC) or M&E Consultancy is preferred.
- Strong coordination, communication, and project management skills.
- Willing to attend site and travel when required.
